From the first interaction, what stood out was the level of seriousness, discipline, and intention behind it. RUYAMUN is not positioned as something temporary, but as an independent and sustainable concept with a clear direction and a strong foundation. It carries a sense of structure and credibility that reflects real effort, making it something that can grow and hold its value over time rather than fade after a single moment.
At Thaka Jordan, we focus on creating environments where individuals learn how to think, question, and engage with real challenges. What RUYAMUN is building aligns with that approach, not by following a model, but by establishing its own identity and standard. It creates a space where ideas are exchanged, perspectives are challenged, and meaningful discussions take place. One constant has been present in similar events. Every individual comes here with his or her own perspective, priorities and thought process. There is nothing wrong with it. RUYAMUN Amman 2026 is part of a broader initiative towards creating sustainability. Connecting cities, universities and other communities in the quest for a better understanding of one another will only strengthen us all. Here, at RUYAMUN Amman 2026, we will not limit ourselves to anything superficial. We will encourage independent thought and discourse and challenge every idea and concept. This is no platform for the lazy and mediocre. Our goal is to foster an environment that will facilitate an active participation. There will be no titles here. We shall know each other by the ideas we share, discuss and debate. This is much more than participation. These components are necessary to preserve, which is what you, delegates, will accomplish within this conference by listening to diverse viewpoints, engaging in fruitful discussions and coming to plausible solutions for issues our world is currently facing.
The countless hours spent on the working of this conference by our leadership team defines our dedication to make this conference an unforgettable experience to all. This could not have been achieved without collaboration whether it was between team members, external supporters or valued participants which is why delegates should strive to collaborate with one another to bridge the gaps between cultures, nationalities and beliefs.
Remember delegates, you are representing more than a delegation; you are representing the voices, values, and hopes of the people behind it. Debate is not about speaking the loudest, but about speaking with purpose, thinking beyond winning arguments and instead focus on creating impact through diplomacy, respect, and negotiation.
