Mission & Vision
RUYA Center for Leadership and Development
Mission
RUYA Center for Leadership and Development strives to promote youth potential through structured education efforts aimed at fostering leadership, critical thinking skills, and independent viewpoints. The Center is built around the idea that true leadership requires a combination of complexity, discipline, and exposure to actual situations. Its mission can be defined as the provision of youth with opportunities that involve analysis, intellectual curiosity, and responsible problem-solving attitude.
One of the key principles of the RUYA Center for Leadership and Development is the need for developing an ability to question one's ideas, evaluate various perspectives, and make conclusions based on reasonable evidence. The Center works to design specific programs and initiatives that help participants to combine theory and practice, transforming ideas into actions. The ultimate goal of the organization can be described as the development of participants' knowledge, decision-making skills, ability to communicate effectively, and willingness to take action.
Vision
The RUYA Center for Leadership and Development sees itself in the role of a leading youth development agency known for academic integrity, proper strategy, and lasting effects. In its effort to develop, the Center plans to create a reliable and consistent network consisting of people with sound judgment, ability to act independently, and commitment to making contributions to their community and society at large. Thus, it focuses on the concept of transforming passive participation of youth into active involvement aimed at achieving a certain goal.
Through all the efforts made by the organization, it strives to set new standards when it comes to designing educational initiatives in terms of quality, structure, and importance. It aims to produce individuals that are prepared to deal with difficulties and work under demanding conditions. Finally, the vision of the organization involves the creation of conditions in which participants become active members of society rather than mere players in the game organized by someone else.
